Dr Thomas George K is an entrepreneurial guru, author, and international corporate trainer with extensive experience in training, mentoring, and entrepreneurship development. He serves as the Director and Chairman of LEAD College (Autonomous), Palakkad, and is the Founder of LEAD BI. Dr Thomas George is also the Chief Mentor at Kochi Business School, where he provides strategic guidance and academic leadership. He is widely known for creating “Turning Point,” a transformational seven-day residential leadership program that has mentored thousands of individuals across more than 300 batches. In 2018, he set a Guinness World Record by conducting the longest continuous business lesson, lasting 72 hours, reflecting his commitment to education and leadership development.
