Assistant Professor

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

  • MBA faculty is expected to perform four roles — teacher, researcher, consultant, and Mentor
  • Prima facie be a role model to students.
  • Make sure as a teacher you are adding value to the Institution.
  • Teachers should be impartial and if any complaint receives it will be taken seriously by the management.
  • The confidential matters discussed internally in the faculty council should not be disclosed to students
  • The teacher need to strive to achieve academic par excellence in teaching and imparting knowledge to students.
  • If the feedback from the students are received below average twice, the  the management  has the right to terminate the contract.
  • Teachers need to adhere to the number of hours stipulated by university. Minor changes of maximum up to 5 class is  acceptable.
  • Teachers are restricted from taking phones to the classes.

Core Duty

  • Update and submit course plan and session plan as scheduled.
  • Course plan should be submitted before a semester starts.
  • Session Plan should be updated after each class.
  • Teachers need to keep hard copy of attendance sheet for future reference for the concerned subject
  • After every session and before leaving the campus teachers need to update the attendance sheet.
  • Awarding marks for assignment should be strictly according to quality of assignment. The date of giving assignment and submission date need to be entered in “ALL CONSOLIDATED” sheet and update the marks within 10 days of submission and update in Academic tracker.
  • Once the exam is over the subject teacher need to submit the mark evaluation to principal and the remedial measure to improve the poor performers.
  • After each module minimum 30 glossary and important viva question with answers need to upload to concerned drive.
  • Teachers need to take session only in English and medium of communication is only English.
  • Inside the class teachers need to strictly maintain discipline and professional decorum.
  • Once the exam are over within 10 days the marks need to enter into the academic tracker. Please strictly adhere to the same.
  • Value addition and giving quality updation with current scenario is expected from all subject teachers
  • Two assignment and 1 presentation need to give in each semester , if any change it will be intimate by Principal.
  • Guide the students in the performance of practical tasks and skill exercises and evaluate their performance, Advise and assist the students in their project works.
  • Involve in at least one activity for Institutional Development during a semester, actively involve in club activities.
  • To produce 95% result in the subject taught.
  • To publish at least one paper in international conference and journals of repute every year.
  • To organize an International Conference on any thrust area on relevant subject in an year
  • To take all efforts in bringing the name and fame of the institution to the top level
  • Surprise evaluation will be done by Dean of quality or Principal during class hours.
  • After every 1 or 2 module make sure one internal test is conducted subject to time frame and university calendar.
  • After each module test, paper must be evaluated and uploaded in master document within 6 days.
  • Teachers if needed can also take class for scheme 2 students.
  • Teaching carries 30% weightage during performance evaluation.
  • Teachers need to submit the internals by the end of each semester as per the university requirement.
  • After every module teacher’s will be evaluated on the basis of feedback from students.
  • Teacher’s must write at least 1 article in a year and attend minimum of 2 FDP and value addition courses. KBS values and promotes teacher’s quality and value additions.

  •  1+ years of experience in relevant field

System Admin 2+ Year Exp

Candidates should be able to design, organize, and modify the company's computer systems. Ensure that systems are operating efficiently and effectively by evaluating and assessing them. Based on assessments, this individual will harness collected knowledge and make adjustments to existing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Windows Server Administration
  • Maintain system efficiency
  • Monitor & coordinate CCTV recommendations.
  • Ensure system design allows all components to work together properly
  • Make recommendations for upgrades
  • Evaluate and modify system performance
  • Manage College Website and Digital Assets (Meta, Linkden)
  • Managed and coordinated Digital Promotions and Website Updates
  • IIS - Internet information System 
  • Manage and maintain college digital credentials.
  • Manage FTP 
  • They administer and maintain system accounts through Active Directory. Administrators work with the IT team to design and deploy secure server processes.
  • Install new / existing computers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.

Qualifications

  • • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, hardware or a related field
  • • 1+ years' experience as System Administrator
  • • System Engineer certification
  • • Strong analytical skills
