Attend Our Free MBA Entrance Coaching
Attend our free entrance coaching sessions to familiarize yourself with the entrance examinations, including KMAT and CMAT.
Entrance Examination Registration

Select Your Exam: Register for the entrance examination of your choice — CAT, CMAT, or KMAT.

Submit Scorecards: After taking the exam, submit your scorecards for the respective entrance test.
Application Submission at KBS
Online or In-Person Application: Initiate your MBA journey by applying to KBS. Choose between online submission or visiting our campus to complete the application process.
Interview Attendance
Shortlisted candidates are invited to attend interviews — a crucial step to understand your aspirations, experiences, and alignment with KBS values.
Evaluation Stages
Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI): Progress to GD and PI rounds, where you can showcase communication skills, teamwork, and personal strengths

Hostel Admission
Once admitted, proceed to secure your hostel accommodation. Our on-campus facilities provide a supportive environment for learning and personal growth.
MBA Eligibility Criteria at KBS

Candidates must have completed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% from a recognized board.

A bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks is required.

Candidates must qualify in one of the entrance exams: KMAT / CMAT / CAT / MAT.
MBA Regulations
A pass in any Bachelor’s Degree Examination of Mahatma Gandhi University or an equivalent degree recognized by the University with not less than 50% aggregate marks is required.

Under the grading system, a C Grade or equivalent is required.

For SC/ST candidates, only a pass in any bachelor’s degree is needed.

Reservation rules apply as per Government and University norms.
The Director/Principal must ensure that every admitted candidate meets the eligibility criteria.
