The Hospitality and Tourism Club SATKAR of Kochi Business School organised a program Hungry Manager - Season 2 event on October 31 2025, at KBS Seminar Hall. The event created an opportunity for students to experience allaspects of management education while exploring the culinary arts.

Insights from Industry Expert

The program featured Charles KJ, Director of Food & Beverage at RCP Group, as their special guest. He shared important knowledge about the hospitality industry, which included information about service excellence, customer experience and operational efficiency.

The event concentrated on the main areas of research, which included:

• The intersection of management and hospitality establishes a foundation for developing effective team building, creative thinking, and leadership training programs
• Participants developed their understanding of actual operational problems in the food and beverage industry

• Students received practical hospitality management training through the program, which used interactive activities to develop their skills and knowledge.
