Kochi Business School organized Elle Inspire, a special program in celebration of International Women’s Day, on March 9, 2026, at the KBS Seminar Hall. The event honored women's accomplishments while it provided students with valuable insights through authentic dialogues and real-life experiences and success testimonials.

Inspiring Sessions

The program featured engaging sessions where accomplished professionals shared their journeys, insights and perspectives on women’s empowerment, leadership, and personal growth. The discussions demonstrated how confidence and resilience together with determination serve as essential components for achieving professional success and creating positive societal effects.
Panel Discussion and Interaction
The event featured a special panel discussion which presented the experts with various professional backgrounds who shared their entrepreneurial and industrial and healthcare and educational experiences. The interactive session allowed the students to gain valuable insights into overcoming all challenges, pursuing ambitions, and balancing personal and professional life.

A Celebration of Empowerment
