The session explored the Importance of STEM in Business Education. In today’s competitive market, the fusion of STEM disciplines with business management is becoming increasingly vital. As such, the STEM MBA program prepares students to tackle complex business challenges by equipping them with analytical skills and technological know-how. Dr. Menon emphasised that this interdisciplinary approach not only enhances employability but also empowers graduates to innovate and lead in various sectors.
Dr. Menon brings a wealth of experience to the table, having served as the Director and Professor at the S.P. Jain Center of Management in Dubai and Singapore. With over 30 years in sales and marketing across leading Indian and international pharmaceutical companies, he has worked in six European countries, Singapore, Malaysia, and various African nations. Currently, he is the Director of the Institute of Customer Experience Management in Bangalore, where he continues to influence future leaders through his extensive knowledge of international business law, research, and marketing.
