Step-by-Step Admission Procedure 

Make sure your MBA admissions process is seamless by following the 7 Steps;

Step 1: Attend Our Free MBA Entrance Coaching 

• Attend our free entrance coaching sessions to familiarize yourself with the entrance examinations, including KMAT and CMAT.

Step 2: Entrance Examination Registration

• Select Your Exam: Register for the entrance examination of your choice, whether it's CAT or CMAT/KMAT.
• Submit Scorecards: After taking the examination, submit your scorecards for the respective entrance test.

Step 3: Application Submission at KBS

• Online or In-Person Application: Initiate your MBA journey by applying to KBS. Choose between online submission or visiting our campus in person to complete the application process.

Step 4: Interview Attendance

• Attend Interview: Shortlisted candidates are invited to attend interviews, a crucial step in understanding your aspirations, experiences, and how you align with the values of KBS.

Step 5: Evaluation Stages

• Group discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI): Progress to the evaluation stages, where shortlisted candidates engage in GD and PI rounds. Showcase your communication skills, teamwork, and personal attributes.

Step 6: Holistic Assessment

• Comprehensive Evaluation: Admission decisions are based on a holistic assessment. Your entrance test scores, skills tests, performance in GD and PI, academic history, work experience, and non-academic achievements are all considered. 

Step 7: Hostel Admission

• Secure Your Accommodation: Once admitted, move on to securing your hostel admission if you plan to reside on our campus. Our accommodation facilities are designed to provide a conducive environment for learning and personal growth.

MBA Eligibility Criteria In KBS

1. Aspirants willing to get admission to MBA courses in KBS must have completed their 10+2 with a minimum of 50% score from a recognized Board.

2. Must have completed a bachelor's degree in any field with at least 50%. 

3. Candidates are required to qualify for one of these entrance exams (KMAT/ CMAT/ CAT/MAT).

MBA Regulations       

A pass in any Bachelor’s Degree Examination of Mahatma Gandhi University or an equivalent degree of any other University duly recognized by Mahatma Gandhi University with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate for all parts of the examination or a Master’s Degree examination with 50% marks in aggregate. Under the grading system, a C Grade of Mahatma Gandhi University or equivalent thereto from other recognized Universities with not less than 50% marks in aggregate is required to become eligible for admission. Under any circumstances, it shall be the responsibility of the Director / Principal to ensure that a candidate has 50% marks in aggregate to become eligible for admission. A pass in any Bachelor’s Degree examination is needed for SC/ST candidates. The Reservation Rules are applicable as per the Government and University norms in all the affiliated Colleges.
