Faculty Orientation Program at Kochi Business School, Led by Mr. Adarsh and Principal Dr. Bindhu Ann Thomas

Kochi Business School recently hosted a Faculty Orientation Program. The session was led by Mr. Adarsh and the principal of KBS, Dr Bindhu Ann Thomas. The program aimed to strengthen the academic culture and enhance the teaching effectiveness of the College’s outstanding faculty members. The session was very insightful and brought together all faculty members to align with the teaching pedagogy, vision, and mission of one of the top MBA colleges in Kochi.

One of the core concepts of the session was how a teacher can make provisions for a quality education and a collaborative learning environment, thus support the holistic development of the students. KBS aspires to form a strong academic standing, and activities like this have been beneficial in providing uniform and creative teaching practices across departments. Mr. Adarsh and Dr. Bindhu Ann Thomas facilitated the session as speakers. They outlined the purposes of the orientations and changed our view of teaching as a process of transformation.

The orientation also emphasized the alignment of faculty goals with the institution’s mission and vision.
