Dr. Bindhu Ann Thomas is an accomplished educationalist and trainer with more than 17 years of experience in the field. She holds a D.litt and Ph.D. in Management and an MBA in Marketing and Finance. Dr. Bindu has pursued leadership and organizational behavior courses from prestigious institutions such as Harvard University and the University of British Columbia. She has also earned certifications as an NLP Master Practitioner and in Transactional Analysis from Richard Mc Huge (Bombay) and ICTA, respectively.
Dr. Bindhu began her career as a trainer and steadily progressed to become the Chief Mentor of 'Four Year Turning Point,' an international training organization focused on enhancing the employability skills of engineering graduates. Additionally, she played a key role in the establishment of LEAD College of Management, a renowned MBA college in Kerala. Presently, she serves as the Principal of Kochi Business School, an esteemed MBA college in Kochi, and holds the position of Area Director at Toastmaster Division 121.
