KBS hosted an extraordinary session titled "Little Drops – Overcoming the Constraints" on 6th Septemper 2024. The event was led by Mr. Joy Mathew, the Former Vice President of Marketing Services and Solutions at Malayala Manorama. Mr. Mathew is a seasoned professional with vast experience in the marketing industry. His powerful message resonated deeply with our students, offering practical wisdom and an inspiring perspective on overcoming challenges and achieving success, one step at a time.
The session began with Mr. Joy Mathew sharing his personal journey, marked by years of hard work, perseverance, and adaptability. Drawing from his extensive career in marketing and leadership roles, Mr. Mathew spoke about the many challenges and constraints he faced along the way. Rather than seeing obstacles as roadblocks, he emphasized the importance of viewing them as opportunities for growth.
