Dr Arathi Krishna's academic journey commenced with her pursuit of a PhD in the field of human resource management at the School of Management Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology. Her thesis, centered on the critical issue of workplace bullying, delves into its impact on employees' well-being and organizational productivity. Her extensive research and insights have provided valuable strategies for addressing and preventing workplace bullying effectively.
Dr Arathi Krishna’s scholarly accomplishments have been acknowledged globally through publications in prestigious international journals such as ABDC-A, SCOPUS-Q1, and SJR-Q1. Her research papers exemplify rigor and relevance, contributing significantly to the advancement of human resource management knowledge. Her dedication to academic excellence has earned her best paper award at the Seventh Biennial Conference of the Indian Academy of Management (INDAM) in 2023.
Dr Arathi has four years of valuable mentoring experience in the field of management, bringing a wealth of practical and contemporary knowledge and insights to the classroom.
