Job Title: Office Assistant comes Hostel Warden (Female)

We are currently looking for,
Roles and responsibilities in the Hostel:

Responsible for allocating rooms to students.
Monitor the hotel's housekeeping and cleanliness.
Maintain Accounts & All documents related to the hostel
The safety and security of all borders must always be ensured, as well as maintaining discipline around Students.
Keep the hostel's furniture and fittings in good condition and maintain the hostel's maintenance schedule on time.
Monitors the quality of food served in hostels.
In case of indiscipline or misbehavior, reports to the Higher Authority.
Examines the grievances/complaints of students if they are genuine.
Provides first aid in case of an emergency and arranges for hospitalization if necessary
For students returning home, "Outstation forms" must be issued.
Maintain a record of students' absences.

Note: Hostel warden must stay inside the building.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate with minimum 1 years’ relevant experience in reputed educational institutions.
Ability to operate computers and working knowledge of MS Office.

Roles and responsibilities Office Assistant:

Answering, Screening and forwarding telephonic Calls.
Scanning, Copying, and filling office documents
Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
Assuring that the reception area is clean and observing professional etiquette.
Performing other administrative tasks, if required.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Alumni Relations Coordinator:

Responsibilities include managing alumni engagement programs and events, coordinating alumni volunteer opportunities, and building relationships with alumni to support student career development.

Financial Aid Officer:

In this role, you will assist students and families in navigating the financial aid process, helping them understand their options for grants, scholarships, loans, and other forms of financial assistance.
